The exhibition is free, open to the public and may be viewed and Monday through Friday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and during every performance of the Art Center Theater. The Art Center of Citrus County is open to all who appreciate and want to support the arts in our community. They are a member-owned and operated 501c3 non-profit organization with programs in the performing and visual arts offering opportunities for participation, education, and appreciation of the arts.

Milly Sheffer paints in oils and watercolor. She prefers to work quickly and loosely, allowing her process to show in the finished piece.

Since obtaining her degree in Art from Wheaton College, Milly has studied with many artists including Skip Lawrence, Christopher Schink, and Charles Reid. She has also done work at Syracuse University and the Art Institute of Chicago. She has taught workshops and private lessons, and has had numerous solo exhibitions.

The Sheffer’s split their time between Ocala, Florida and their cottage in Pennsylvania, where Milly pursues her other passion, gardening.
